If you needed proof that things are running early this year, color spotter Aaron Thom has it.
In an update from Santa Monica on Oct. 14, Thom pointed out that the photo he sent above was in the same office park he had sent photos from in 2024 … only the date of the 2024 image was Oct. 29 – two weeks later than this year!
Additionally, Christine Tu-Vest sent an update from Oct. 10 in Fullerton where “it ranges from color that is just starting to past peak. In general the color in Fullerton is patchy with a mixture of brown and green.”
