On a recent trip to Fort Bragg, color spotter Robert Kermen was reminded that not all fall color comes on trees.
“About the only color I found over there was the invasive Ice Plant turning color all along the coastal bluffs,” he said. “The snow white dandelions offered some contrast with their intricate structure. Beyond that, the fall sunsets do offer some spectacular sunsets.”
We’d say this area offers a unique take on fall color that is worth bragging about.
