Color spotter Vishal Mishra and his wife, Seema, took a trip off the beaten path over the weekend.
Many people know that Plumas County is beautiful, especially during the fall. While there is always a lot of talk among color spotters about Quincy, which never disappoints, Vishal and Seema decided to branch out and explore nearby towns.
They landed on Taylorsville, just a 30 minute drive from Quincy.
“It’s such a quaint little town with spectacular colors,” Vishal declared.
He highly recommended that folks check out this town, especially in the coming week when more rain should add to the vibrancy.
“Colors are surely around 75-100%, with a lot of cottonwood around. So GO NOW, everyone!”
