Bishop (Peak 75-100%) – The Eastern Sierra city of Bishop on US 395 is peaking with glorious stands of huge Fremont cottonwood glowing orange-red along the Owens River. Color spotters Nick and Alena Barnhart captured the peak this past weekend. It appears these trees will remain beautiful for a week more, longer if it remains calm.
