Mossbrae, Dunsmuir and Hedge Creek

Fall Color Report, Shasta Cascade

Mossbrae Falls (9/28/21) Gabriel Leete

Mossbrae Falls and Hedge Creek near Dunsmuir are always beautiful, though this year following the Dixie, Fawn, Monument, River Complex, Antelope and McCash fires which devastated vast areas of the Shasta Cascade region, it is comforting to see that lots of gorgeous color remains to be enjoyed up north.

Gabriel Leete took time to share these images of Patchy Bigleaf maple at Dunsmuir, Hedge Creek and Mossbrae Falls.
