Central Valley, Fall Color Report

“Another week and another report for you from my home in Davis,” said photographer Philip Reedy.

“The Ginkgo trees are looking great right now, with many solid yellow and the rest close behind. I just love those yellow leaves.”

“The Chinese Tallow trees have lost a lot of their leaves already, but the pistache trees look great with many yet to turn,” he added. “The strawberry trees are showing abundant white flowers and the large red berries are just beginning to appear. These trees usually reach their peak in December and look beautiful against the deep green leaves and framed by bunches of white and pink flowers.”
