Well-loved Bishop Creek Canyon in Inyo County has been spectacular for weeks, and continues to shine. There are many yellows, golds, and oranges to be seen throughout the area.

But all good things must come to an end, and according to our friends at Visit Bishop, we are definitely on the downhill slope of leaf peeping season up there. Some areas are past peak, and much of the Canyon is in its final stages of brilliant colors. So, go now if you can!

Have no fear, though! There are many other beautiful fall color locations in Inyo County.

Big Pine Creek (see video below) in Southern Inyo County is Near Peak, as are the Alabama Hills and Whitney Portal.

Round Valley and Pine Creek Canyon are also just a few spots in Northern Inyo County that are Near Peak as well.
