It’s always great to get outdoors, especially in Mother Nature’s most colorful season. Autumn has arrived in Mono County and now’s the time to get out, explore and create in one of the most beautiful places on the planet.
Mono Arts Council is hosting its inaugural Paint Mono County competition this fall and there is $4,000 in prizes up for grabs.
Paint Mono County is an invitation to artists of all ability levels to capture the beauty of Mono County with plein air painting.
But hurry! You have to sign up by Monday, Sept. 22.
Come capture fall’s essence by painting in the outdoors, taking part in daily events and workshops, and finishing off with a celebratory reception.
