Color spotting duo, Seema and Vishal Mishra visited Sacramento over the weekend and found the colors were Near Peak and providing a stunning yellow canopy over the city.
“The city parks are beautiful right now and perfect to enjoy a fall picnic,” Vishal said. “We feel next week should be even better as the colors are patchy in some areas.”
