Color spotter Patrick Luscri left town for one week and came back to near-peak conditions in Quincy.

He managed to send his drone up on Friday morning, and was glad he did.

“Quincy went from 25 percent to like 70 percent in the week I was gone,” he said.

Head this direction in the next few weeks if you don’t want to miss fall colors at their finest in this part of California.
