With Bishop Creek Canyon winding down, color spotter Betsy Forsyth with Visit Bishop set her sights on Pine Creek and the Owens Valley for her report this week.

“There still may be some colors left up in BCC, but they were pretty much at peak over the weekend, so it doesn’t seem like there will be much left by this weekend beyond Big Tree and Four Jeffrey campgrounds,” she said.

Pine Creek and the Owens Valley, however, are on their way to Peak conditions in the weeks to come.
