Color spotter and drone operator Patrick Luscri sent us an update today from Quincy in Plumas County.
Patrick says the area is Patchy at about 20% and after checking out his images, we would agree.
We love the aerial shots and the beautiful blue sky peeking through the leaves on the photo of the LaPorte Road Maple.
